Please expect shipping delays up to 5 business days on Canadian orders due to custom clearance.

• Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (delivery within 1-5 business days). Standard shipping charges of $9.99 will be applied to orders less than $150.
  *Qualifying orders must be shipped within the contiguous United States.
• Please allow for extra processing time in addition to the current estimated shipping time. Please expect delays during the holiday period.
• All U.S. orders that are placed before 12:00pm Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be processed for shipping same day. All online orders that are submitted after 12pm Eastern Standard time and over the weekend will be processed within 48 business hours.
• We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
• We cannot ship to Puerto Rico and territories situated outside of North America.
• Orders placed using UPS Overnight service that has more than 3 units may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Please contact customer service for additional information. 

Be aware that you may be liable to pay customs and sales tax as a customer imports the good(s) to the US and Canada. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that possible customs or import duty charges will not be refunded, should you wish to return your order.
