How much is the shipping cost if I don't get free shipping?

Our standard shipping costs are:

Delivery 3-5 days

Our express shipping costs are:
119 NOK / 10 EUR / 8 GBP / 119 SEK / 75 DKK / 10 CHF / 45 PLN
Delivery 1-3 days within EU, outside EU 2-4 days

What is your return policy?

At SWIMS, we want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. You may return any products you have ordered from us within 14 days from receipt of delivery free of charge.

Your refund will be returned to the same source of payment within (latest) 14 days.

How do I find the right size?

All our shoes are in EU sizes.

My size or style is out of stock, when will it be back?

Some of our products are carry overs and will be reproduced, but not all. Send us an email at customerservice@swims.com if you are looking for a size that is not available.

Can I order in you store in Oslo and get delivery by door?

Yes! Visit our shop in Prinsens gate 25, our store personnel will assist you in placing the order and it will be delivered to your door by DHL for free.
