Turns out it is entirely possible to design a comfortable, slip-on chelsea rain boot. The Winter Charlie is crafted with vulcanized rubber with a warm inner lining and an anti-slip grip on the outside. Rain may not be perfect, but this boot certainly is. It almost makes the rain worth it.
